Our online tool assumes that you have already contacted a station sales representative and have the six digit access code they provided. This code is required to move past this screen. If you do not have this code, please contact your station sales representative.

Once you have completed the application process, the information you provided will be saved in our database and will be available to our related sister companies. (wholly owned or operated subsidiaries of Belo Corp.) eliminating the need for you to re-submit the same information to each station.

Before you enter this tool it is helpful to have access to the following information:
• D-U-N-S® number of business entity submitting the application. If you do not have this number you will be able to search for it within the tool. If no number is available, additional information will be required (e.g. credit references, business information, etc.).
• If you are using an agency to place your media buy, you will be asked to provide an agency of record letter in an electronic file format (Microsoft Word, PDF, etc.). Generally, this letter indicates that the agency is authorized to act on your behalf and provides mailing instructions for contracts and invoices.
• You may also be asked to provide additional information that will aid in our credit evaluation process (e.g. financial statements, letter of guarantee from parent company, etc.).
• If you are located in Canada or Mexico, additional information will be required (e.g. credit references, business information, etc.).
